We will let you know of any updates to your order, including when an item ships. Depending on the shipping rate used, we’ll also pass on the relevant tracking details when they’re available.
This will include the courier and any tracking information. It may take a day or two for the tracking number to become active, so please don’t worry if you don’t see an update immediately.
Please note that not every delivery destination is covered by tracking.
Actual delivery time by our courier varies between locations and may be dependent on any current shipping delays, which is out of our hands.
Using our Australian printing suppliers, we will print and deliver from a facility that’s closest to you, meaning our shipping costs are kept low whilst maintaining excellent quality.
Unfortunately due to COVID, shipping is currently taking longer than normal. Please note that this is out of our hands and we ask that you remain patient and understanding in these trying times. We know how exciting it is to place an order and how frustrating it can be when your favourite white van doesn't appear in the driveway!
All prints are robustly packaged.
Although there are minor differences between individual labs packaging standards, the following typical approach is consistent.
The packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.
