REPLACING DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, we ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll then gladly send a replacement, on us. Send an email with your photo and your order reference to quack@thegullery.com.au

REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately we cannot refund orders for change of mind as all orders are custom made.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Please note that all screens and devices may show colours differently. When you purchase a print from The Gullery, you are accepting the slight colour difference that may occur, which is out of our control.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel your order at any stage, provided we have not initiated production for your order. As all products are made to order, we cannot accept order cancellations or changes to orders once production has begun. To cancel or change an order, please send an email to quack@thegullery.com.au
